The National LGBT Bar Association is pleased to announce that registration is now open for both professional and student attendees for the 2009 Annual Career Fair and Conference in Brooklyn, NY.

As the only national career fair and conference dedicated to serving the LGBT legal community, the National LGBT Bar Association’s Annual Career Fair and Conference (formerly Lavender Law) remains an affordable means for both students and legal professionals to acquire the tools necessary to navigate the constantly evolving economic landscape.

Career fair attendees will have access to over 150 recruiters including representatives from law firms of all sizes, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. At the conference portion of the event (Friday/Saturday), attendees will have the opportunity to meet with peers and mingle, network and learn from the brightest legal minds currently shaping the LGBT equality movement. For practitioners in need of continuing legal education (CLE) credits, the National LGBT Bar Association expects that this year’s workshops will be accredited in over 25 jurisdictions that currently require CLE.
